Pitch Proposal Blog #4

My new article would be based on the brand new "NJT Quiet Commute Cars." I personally have never ridden in them before & I'm so eager to, but I've read quite a few articles already on NJT's website based off of them. They're new cars that enhance & enforce the quietness & peacefulness that a train car should have. This type of train car prohibits loud talking on the phone, loud ipods, and enforces the peace onto the passengers. This would be a great article because it'll explain to people how useful, enjoyable, quiet, and non-disruptive this train car experience would be.
